Eligibility requirements

  • PMI-RMP® is a standalone certification and as a result, any other certification offered by PMI such as PMP® or any other PMI® certification is not a pre-requisite for this certification

Educational Background

Secondary diploma (high school diploma, associate’s degree or equivalent and at least 4500 hours spent in the specialized area of professional project risk management within the last five consecutive years along with 40 contact hours of formal education in project risk management

OR

Four year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) plus at least 3000 hours spent in the specialized area of professional project risk management within the last five consecutive years along with 30 contact hours of formal education in project risk management
